“Who do you think you are?” is sometimes posed as a pejorative taunt - asked of oneself with compassionate curiosity, it can lead to a revealing and even liberating inquiry. Who we think we are–or, more accurately, who we believe we are at the deepest, even unconscious levels, will determine our moods, actions, reactions, and relationships. Who we believe we are is a shifting template, not permanently fixed, which makes it all the more helpful and necessary to expand it to? Who do I believe I am at this very moment? Rather than a didactic lecture, this talk will be an interactive experience with speaker and audience.
